(For real train spotters: the 'Old Suburban Angst' is a 146 page
book but there was a first 'dodgy' printing with fewer pages
(smaller font size) and numerous erros (no contents page, copyright,
page number, etc.). That edition was pulped but of course a
few 'collector' copies survived...)
